Salon Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the services rendered at Studio 285, please contact us at the following steps.

1. Please text us at 706-945-0175 at Soon As Possible, and explain as best you can your concerns.

2. Please text us photos of your hair to the same number. The front desk will send the photos to Salon Manager to investigate the situation.

3. Studio 285 requests that you then allow our salon, free of charge, to adjust any of your concerns.

4. If after you have allowed Studio 285 to address your concerns you are still not satisfied a refund of the original service amount will be refunded.

   *Studio 285 is not liable for any other salon’s work that you may have had done.

   *Studio 285 can not pay for you to have services done at another salon.

   *Going to another salon before addressing your concerns with Studio 285 voids the Studio 285 Refund Policy.
